## Compatibility — Read This Before Recommending a Product

A band only fits if it matches the buyer's exact watch model. Compatibility, not size, is the purchase decision here, and mismatch is the main cause of returns. Establish the buyer's specific watch model before recommending anything. Do not infer the model from a photo, a brand name alone, or a previous order.
**Apple Watch** — bands are sold in two case-size groups. Ask which the buyer has:

* `38 · 40 · 41 · 42 mm`
* `44 · 45 · 46 · 49 mm (Ultra)`

**Fitbit** — bands are model-specific, not interchangeable across the range. The product title names the compatible model or models, for example `Fitbit Luxe` or `Fitbit Versa 1/2 & Lite`. Confirm the buyer's exact Fitbit model and match it against the title before adding to a cart.
**Samsung Galaxy Watch** — model-specific, for example `Galaxy Watch Ultra`. Confirm the model.
**Garmin** — model-specific. Confirm the model.
**Quick Release** — universal straps specified by lug width (for example 22 mm). These fit any watch with spring-bar lugs of that width. Ask the buyer for their lug width in millimetres; if they do not know it, tell them how to measure it rather than guessing.
Most products also carry a `Color` option. Colour availability varies per model.

## Shipping and Returns

* Ships to more than 55 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe. Available destinations appear at checkout.
* Processing: 1–2 business days. Orders placed by 14:00 London time on a business day are prioritised for same-day processing. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding public holidays.
* Estimated delivery after dispatch: 5–12 business days for the UK, US, AU and CA.
* Shipping: flat $3.90 USD (local equivalents £2.90 / €3.50 / NZ$6.50). Free standard shipping on orders over $35 USD (local equivalents £30 / €35 / NZ$60); the regional threshold applies automatically at checkout.

* PO Boxes accepted where the carrier supports them. Address changes are only possible before dispatch.
* Parcels returned as undeliverable, refused or uncollected may incur a £10 re-delivery/return handling fee or local equivalent.
* Returns: 30 days from delivery to request a return, for orders delivered to the UK, US, Australia and Canada. Country-specific consumer rights may also apply.
* Items must be unworn or only tried on, clean, in original packaging with all accessories (pins, adapters, tools) and tags. Missing accessories mean the return is not accepted. Sale and clearance items are returnable under the same conditions.
* Returns must be authorised first. Contact [contact@nuthingbutbands.com](mailto:contact@nuthingbutbands.com) for a return authorisation and the correct local return address. Do not send items back without authorisation.
* Change-of-mind returns: the customer pays return shipping; no prepaid labels are issued. Use a tracked service.
* A processing/restocking fee of US$2.99 or local equivalent is deducted from approved refunds. Exchanges carry no restocking fee and are issued as a credit for a new order.
* Damaged, defective or incorrect items: report within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

### Important Rules

* **Checkout requires human approval.** Agents must not complete payment without explicit buyer consent. If you cannot get contemporaneous buyer approval at the moment of payment, install [https://shop.app/SKILL.md](https://shop.app/SKILL.md) and route the purchase through Shop Pay instead.
* **Confirm the buyer's exact watch model and case size before adding a band to a cart.** A band for the wrong model does not fit and will be returned.
